We are a women only space.

UOW's Innovation Campus in North Wollongong

Our Northern Site

We have opened our northern site at the University of Wollongong’s Innovation Campus, expanding our reach to support women across the region. 

Our new location will increase accessibility for women living north of Wollongong, particularly those who may have found the Warilla location difficult to access.

Gardening Group

Join our gardening social group!

Connect with other women whilst gardening, enjoying our outdoor space, soak up the sunlight & fresh air! Bring lunch along if you like. No need to worry about the weather, if its raining the group meets indoors and makes windchimes or suncatchers. Materials supplied or you can bring your own.

No experience required, please wear covered shoes, hat & sunscreen.

Be You Yoga

Come along to our newest yoga class! “You don’t have to be good at yoga for yoga to be good for you.” A safe, inclusive space for all abilities and skill levels. Practicing Yoga and Meditation is not only fun, but a way of nurturing yourself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Every Wednesday 12.30pm – 1.30pm Cost: $10

Looking for a breath of fresh air, a friendly chat, and a bit of movement?

Join our Women’s Walking Group at our Northern Site in Fairy Meadow! 

We meet fortnightly from Wednesday 6th August at 8:45am at the Fairy Meadow Surf Club car park for a relaxing one-hour walk—followed by coffee and connection. 

This free group is open to Weavers (Dementia Carers Program), carers, and any women in the community who want to meet new people, get outdoors, and enjoy some good company.

Aunty Lindy has long been an inspiration to the Illawarra Women’s Health Centre for her work fighting for young Aboriginal people to feel safe and empowered.
